We attend M&E consultants and technical workshops to discuss any findings from a T&C perspective.
We identify the sequence of each testing and assist in drafting the T&C schedule against the master construction schedule of the M&E systems.
We assist in the preparation of the T&C method statements of the M&E Equipment.
We monitor the critical system installations throughout its progress.
We provide factory and site acceptance test attendance to validate the T&C critical system activities against the approved T&C method statements.
We review and ensure that the comprehensive T&C documentations are recorded and all the calibrated test instrumentation will be checked against their validity certifications.
We provide T&C summarised reports of each system deliverables against the agreed T&C schedule.
We manage the entire process of Heat Load Test and Integrated System Test, documentation and the management of all M&E contractors’ preparation Work.
We review the Operation and Manuals as well as Client training manuals and ensure the final O&M are relevant to the building services T&C.
